Westville Learning Academy was recently awarded $200 in Aldi gift cards to provide healthy snacks for students while in attendance at the Academy. Thank you Aldi for your generous donation.
Parents now have the option to pay their child's lunch bill online, to access please follow these instructions:
1. Login to Guardian Portal ( if you do not have a portal contact Amie Beach in the Elementary office)
2. Look at Lunch Room Balance.
3. Click on “Make a Payment”.
4. Follow instructions in red font.
5. Enter the amount you wish to pay.
6. Click “Make a Payment” on the right side of the screen.
It will bring you to a site to enter credit card information.
Complete the information and click “Process”.
Varsity Basketball Schedule 2022-23
Thank you to Cherokee Nation Tribal Councilmen, Shawn Crittenden and Josh Sam for the generous donation for improvements to our softball field. We appreciate these gentlemen and all they do at Westville School.
Introducing our 21st CCLC - The Hive's Parent Club. The club will offer free, fun, and educational workshops for our parents throughout the year. Last week a survey was sent out asking for topic and we are happy to announce that the first session will be learning how to and preparing meal planning binders. Join us on Thursday, November 10th from 5-7 pm in the Cafeteria for a fun night of creating and learning! Childcare is provided. Please pre register using this link to we can prepare enough supplies! Parents and Students the letter jackets that were ordered last year have arrived and able to pick up in Coach Dunaway’s office.
Due to the forecasted weather for Friday Nov. 4th, the varsity football game has been moved to Thursday Nov. 3rd.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. at Kansas.
The FLU and COVID vaccine/booster clinic that was originally scheduled for October 28th from 9:00 -11:00 am in the cafeteria is rescheduled for November 18th from 9:00 - 11:00 am in the cafeteria. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Westville's 21st Century Community Learning Center 'The Hive' is happy to be offering adult education workshops. 'The Hive' is the afterschool program for grades PK-6. The grant allows for workshops for our parents. Please take the survey in the link for feedback on what kind of workshops you would like to attend!

Reminder, Westville Public Schools will be on Distance learning on Thursday, October 20. This is to let our elementary teachers attend the reading training in Stilwell. We will be back to regular school on Friday, October 21.
IMPORTANT ELEMENTARY UPDATE:
Starting Tuesday 10/18/22 the Elementary Office will not make any destination changes after 2:30pm. If you have any changes, please call the office before 2:30.
Parent Teacher conference will be from 4 pm until 8 pm on Tuesday, October 11 and 9 am until 11 am on Wednesday, October 12. No school for students Wednesday through Friday for fall break. Also a reminder if you haven’t filled out a lunch application or have had a change in income and may qualify for Free or reduced lunches, you can fill out an application in cafeteria secretary office. Prices for full price is 80 cents and $1.30, for reduced 30 cents and 40 cents.
Reminder: There will NOT be Extended Day on Tuesday, October 11th due to Parent-Teacher Conferences. If your child attends Extended Day please call the office to let them know how they will get home.
