Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be having food service on Monday, April 20th. We will have an update tomorrow on the rest of the week.

Parents of junior high or high school students if your child completes a paper packet please email or text a picture of the completed assignments to the teacher letting them know that the work is complete. If your child is failing a class or you cannot contact the teacher through email or text please drop your child’s packet off in the grade level box located in the foyer of the central office. The central office will be open from 9am-1pm Monday through Thursday. Thank You

Parents of freshmen, one of the few requirements that the State has not waived is the completion of Financial Literacy. If your child is currently enrolled in Mrs. Heustis’ Financial Literacy they must complete the paper packet or online program. When your child completes their packets you can drop them off in the 9th grade drop box in the foyer of the central office. Email Mrs. Heustis sheustis@westville.k12.ok.us or Mr. Yeager kyeager@westville.k12.ok.us if you have any questions. Thank you

Westville Public Schools will be closing school under the order given by the Oklahoma State Board of Education today. We will be going to a distance learning program that will look different for each grade level and class. We will be delivering this education method starting April 6 and ending on May 8. Teachers are working hard to come up with a plan to provide every student with plan of study regardless of having internet or online services. More details will be coming in the following days and next week as we receive more guidance from the SDE. In the meantime we will still be having a grab and go meal service. This service will continue for the remainder of the school year. As of today March 25, Adair county has been put on the "shelter in place order" or "safer at home" order by the Governor because we have 2 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Adair county. Please take the necessary precautions to keep you and your family safe. More information will follow in the days to come. Thank you, Terry Heustis

Westville Schools will be doing grab and go meals at the school tomorrow from 10am until 1 pm. The child must be in car to receive meals. The nurse will be available outside of the elementary to pick up your child’s medicine from 10-1 as well. Thank you.

Westville Public Schools will not run the bus routes delivering food next week. After a conference call with the SDE we don’t feel like we can put more of our staff at risk at this time. We will be having a grab and go meals available from 10:30am until 1 pm. Children must be in the car to receive the meals. We will bring the meals to you and the school buildings will not be open to public. We will re-evaluate next week for the following week. Thank you for understanding.

The food service will start on Monday, March 23, 2020. We would like to thank our local restaurants for stepping up during the Spring Break. Please stay safe.

Westville Public Schools will be feeding children 0-18 years age. We will have a drive thru service behind the cafeteria. You may pick up the breakfast and lunch between 11 am and 1 pm. There will be 3 town routes going to different locations to distribute food. Bushyhead Heights, Greystone and the Laundry mat, and Carriage Park. Please call 918-723-3181 918-723-3351 to let us know if we missed anyone. We will do our best to get everyone a meal that needs one. Thank you
