Our Alt Ed students recently participated in a Nutritional Advisory Council (NAC) meeting! They learned how fiber works like a toothbrush for your insides, keeping your digestive system clean, and how proteins help you feel full longer. 🪥✨
They also got hands-on, making cookie-cutter tortilla chips, hummus, and guacamole—proving that healthy snacks can be fun and delicious! 🌮🥑
