📅 The Mobile Wellness Unit is coming on Wednesday, August 6, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.!
🩺 The MWU offers services for both students and the community—including required school vaccines!
📄 Important: Students must have a signed consent form to be seen. Parents can fill one out ahead of time and return it to the school nurse to keep on file—just in case.
If a child gets sick while the unit is here and a form is on file, the nurse will always call the parent before the child is seen, even with prior consent.
👨👩👧👦 Parents don’t have to list the nurse—they can name a trusted school staff member like a grandparent, aunt, uncle, or family friend.
These forms are especially helpful if a parent can’t leave work and their child needs care. The nurse is happy to help coordinate services—just reach out!
📌 Forms can be found here: https://www.westville.k12.ok.us/documents/district-required-forms/health-and-nutrition/mobile-wellness-unit/839999
