Parents of 7th grade students, we would like to invite you and your child to our 7th grade welcome at 4:30 in the high school auditorium Tuesday, August 9th during Meet the Teacher. Information will be provided that will make your child’s transition to junior high easier. There will also be door prizes for attending. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Elementary beginning of year updates: The Elementary Entrance has moved to the stairs down at the Walker Area on Collyge street, this will be the entrance for all visitors. Students will not be allowed in the building until 8:00am and the bell schedule has changed this year to the following. The first bell will ring in the morning at 8:25 and the tardy bell will ring at 8:30. Pre-k -2nd grade will start dismissing at 3:10, 1st-4th grades will dismiss at 3:15, and the bell will ring for 5th/6th grades at 3:20.

Just a quick reminder, if your child is coming into 7th grade this year the state requires them to have the TDAP vaccine or a signed exemption form on file with our nurse. Please make sure they are up-to-date on their shots before beginning school this year. Thank you.
New Enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year has begun. Stop by the Registrar's office to see Linda Scott, summer hours are Monday-Thursday from 8-2.
We regret to inform you, that due to instructor illness, today’s (Thursday) final classroom session of summer Driver Education has been PPD until tomorrow (Friday, May 27th). We will start at 9:00 A.M. and go until 4:00 P.M. If the schedule change presents an issue for any student, they may email Coach Rector at brector@westville.k12.ok.us to resolve any potential issues.
Graduation Information!!

Baccalaureate is tonight at 7:00 pm in the auditorium. Seniors need to meet in the library at 6:30. Wear your cap and gown.
JH & HS students will need to turn in their Chromebooks and Hotspots tomorrow. All elementary students need to hand in their devices to their teacher tomorrow or Wednesday.
1st-4th Grade Field Day will be on, May 17th at 10am, on the Practice Field behind the Gym. Parents if you are planning to attend, please bring your lawn chairs.
Reminder Westville students grade 7-12 will be in Distance Learning tomorrow, Friday, May 13.

Reminder: 4th-6th grade Sports Physicals will be on Thursday, May 12th. Also, Basketball Camp forms are due by Friday, May 13th to ensure they get a t-shirt.
Westville Schools will be having their Sports Awards tonight. Refreshments will be at 6:00 in the cafeteria and at 6:30 we will move to the auditorium to recognize our seniors from Soccer, Track and Golf and honor our athletes for their outstanding performances this year.
Updated Elementary Awards Schedule: on Friday, May 13th, the 5th/6th grade awards will be at 10am and 2nd grade awards will be at 1pm.
The Student Council / Class officers trip to Branson has been canceled. After contacting the Branson PD we were advised to not take a chance because of flooding in the area.
Westvile Public Schools will be closed on Friday, May 6 due to the extensive damage from the floods. Stay safe and the good news is we have enough hours we do not have to make up the days.
Just a reminder the Scholarship Awards Night has been rescheduled for Monday May 16 at 6 p.m.
